The Meeting and Eating Spot of Massapequa
Krisch’s was originally founded in 1920 in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. In the late 1920s, Krisch’s closed due to the depression. However, in the mid-1930s, the store re-opened in Hollis, Queens. It remained there until 1955 when it was moved to its current home in Massapequa where we quickly became known as “The Meeting and Eating Spot of Massapequa”.
